 How can I find my Apple Watch size?

Are these official Apple products?

We are a third party retailer and are not affiliated with Apple, nor do we sell any products made by Apple. 

All of our bands are fully Apple Watch compatible and are custom made with high quality materials to provide a perfect fit. 

Are Apple Watch Bands interchangeable?

Yes! You can quickly and easily change the band on any Apple Watch. Simply hold down the release buttons on the back of your watch before sliding out the band you would like to replace.

Slide the new band in and you will hear a soft "click" when it locks in place. 

Where do you ship from? 

All Ikon Watch Bands are proudly shipped from our Denver, Colorado based warehouse in the USA. 

We ship via USPS and all orders are processed within 1 business day. 

Are your bands unisex?

Absolutely! All of our Ikon Watch Bands are designed to fit both men and women comfortably.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.
